Preparation before the first time use
New wok initial use to perform conservation is very
important, not only to extend the life of wok, but also to achieve the best
use of effects.
1. Wash by
detergent and water than clean and dry it.
2. Use half cup
of oil put into the wok, keep rotating the wok let the oil cover up the
whole inner surface while continue heating with middle to low level of fire.
3. Turn off the
fire and let the wok cool down, and then repeat again for 2-3 time of above
procedure.
4. After wash and
clean it then ready to start use for cooking.
1. Only need to maintain middle level of fire when cooking for the best
result, adding salt when the foods almost done and turn off the fire after
that, with small cooking fire can be fully retained food nutrition, and to
avoid burnt or burning mark on the wok, also saving energy and time.
2. Do not use metal spatula to hit the wok body or any sharp metal with the
wok to avoid physical damages, try to avoid wok and stove skid and
collision.
3. Do not direct contact with the metal wok body (even the edge) to avoid
scalding.
4. When cooking sauces final accession, use small fires or Off-fire on the
wok can be continue to be heated as it stores massive amount of heat.
5. Prohibiting wok empty but continue heating, this will affecting the life
of the wok.
6. Regular cleaning of food remaining in the wok after every use, including
the out surface to avoid burring spot on the wok.
7. We recommended to clean the wok by use our give away magic clean cloth
with warm water only – with any detergents, after use rising the close and
hang up to dry it for next use.
8. To remove stubborn burnt spot can use white vinegar soaked several hours
than brushing with water or detergent on it.
