How do I order from this site?

This site use a virtual shopping basket system, It is as simple as you shop from a super market, you browse the products you intent to buy, to order / quote on the products, click on the trolley at the end of the product name, That product then will be put into your shopping basket, you can verify your basket any time by either click on "check out" or "basket summary", all items in your shopping basket can be REMOVE, CHANGE/UP DATE QUANTITY, or even cancel the whole order and star over. 

Finalize your order 
Once you have confirmed the ordered items in your shopping basket, then click on "NEXT", you will be go into our SECURE PAYMENT PAGE, (you will not seen the padlock shows in your browser as the secure page inside the "Frame", but you can verify your ARE in the secure area by point to the inner frame, right click your mouse to view the page properties, more details see "Online Credit Card Payment FAQ" page) Login if you have already registered on this site, or fill out the customer details and create your new login name / password in the same page. Select you preferred payment / shipping options. Check the box -- Agree the terms and conditions then click on --ORDER -- if you want place order, or click "Quotation" if you only want a quotation.

How do I get a quotation from this site?

This site can be used for online quotation, It is simple as 3 steps:

  1. Put the all of products you wants in your quotation into your shopping basket.
  2. Go to check out, review your shopping basket to verify the items, quantity.
  3. Click on "NEXT", go to login (if you already registered on this site) or fill out the customer details, and shipping option, payment option. Click on the button "Quotation", then the quotation will be on your screen as a HTML page. You can save or print this quotation as your "Online Quotation".
    NB: Assembly System quotations also need to purchase a "PC Installation - Build To Order (BTO) System" which can be found under "Services" category.

Can I get better prices then what I got from the site?

This site have 5 level prices (G.S.T. included) on each of items, and also a export (G.S.T. free) prices level,  for general pubic buyers/visitors, you are automatically will be seeing the public level prices, For resellers and dealers, you need to fill out a online reseller application form after you have registered on this site. Once the application approved, you will be up grade to next price level, normally will have 3-10% discount from public price level depends on what mark up we have on that item.

How to change my order after order placed?

This site are fully based on database, once the items ordered by customer, the details of order has been input into our web database, the items are not able to change or modify, but we can remove/delete or change quantity of the ordered items, To adding other items, you need to place a new order on the web site, and put in a message -- please ship this order with my existing order# 150xxx. To change a ordered item, you need to inform us to remove the item you don't want, and place a new order for the item you want to change to.

How to get duty/GST free orders

With the new GST system, duty free process has been changed to TRS (Tourist Refund Scheme), Claim a refund of the GST through the new Tourist Refund Scheme. To do this both international and Australian travellers must first pay full price for goods when purchase. To obtain a refund, you must then go to the refund counter at the airport if you can produce receipts and the goods to the value of $300 or more from any one retailer. There is a maximum refund of $200 cash at the airport. Refund amount over $200.00 will be credit to your credit card account

How to place an ex. G.S.T. order (for Export purposes only)?

We do export only if customers accept the following conditions:

  1. Registered on our site then email to our webmaster and cc to account with your login name, telling your order will be ship to out side of Australia ( Shipping address must be out side of Australia ). then we will email you to confirm your login has been changed to excluded G.S.T.
  2. Place order on our web site with G.S.T. free prices ( Min. order >$500.00 ).
  3. You MUST use direct deposit, mail cheque or fund transfer for payment as NO CREDIT CARD payment will be accepted.
  4. Shipping method MUST be "Pick Up By My Own Courier" as we do not handle international shipment, The Courier you used must provided us the export documentation for us to claim G.S.T.
  5. We have no responsibility of any parcel lost or such claim.
