We are a fast growing Internet direct sales company located at Artarmon, We are seeking a full time receptionist / assistant to our busy sales office.
You will need to be professional, have computer literacy, be a `team player`. Reception / sales assistant experience preferred and You will need to possess COMMON SENSE, the ability to pick things up quickly and willing to learn. If you have no previous experience, the company is willing to train the right applicant.
Duties include answering phones, contact customers for order / shipment arrangement, sending faxes, invoicing, organizing couriers, and be able to provide assistance with documents preparing plus maintain the internal database, stock control and assisting with the general operations of the office. You must have a good understanding of Microsoft word and excel, a great phone manner, the ability to priorities and work to strict deadlines.
