You can build your order, view your basket summary and click next, which will lead you to an account registration page. :: After you have registered your account, you will be able to return to our webpage and login with the username and password you specified. This will provide you with information regarding your order(s) that you have placed with us. On your next order, to save time, don't re-register your details, just login with your account details and proceed to the next step. Online market respects your privacy and will not give out your personal details under any circumstances. |

:: Finding a product is designed for users who know what they are looking for. For example, typing 'intellimouse' will list all products with 'intellimouse' contained in their name. If you don't know the name of the product you are after, you are better off browsing the product categories. |

: How to check stock availability.
:: Upon viewing a product's details page you will be presented with the stock availability. You will also be shown the number of orders that are standing against that particular product. If the outstanding orders exceed the stocked items you will be placed on back order and we will fulfill your request as soon as possible. |

: How to put an item in my virtual basket.
:: Next to each product we offer, you will see this image  . Clicking this image will place 1 (one) of that item in your virtual shopping basket. To purchase multiple quantities of that item, keep clicking the basket, or specify the quantity numerically after clicking basket summary at the foot of your screen.

: How to see what items are in my virtual basket.
:: By clicking basket summary at the foot of your screen you will be able to view what items are in your basket. From here you can modify the quantity you wish to purchase specific to each item you have selected. Furthermore, by clicking  you will be able to remove them completely.

: How to see the price of the items in my virtual basket.
:: On your basket summary page you will be presented with individual, accumulative and total prices for your order. A summary of that information will also be shown at the foot of your screen while you are still shopping so you can keep track of your spending. |

: How to order online.
:: After verifying all the items and prices shown on your basket summary page you can proceed to the ordering process by clicking the button labelled next. You will be asked to login or create an account if you have not already done so. You will then be taken to the order form, complete the details, read our order agreement, then click order once you are happy to move forward. Once you have clicked order, your order has been shipped to us and will be processed by our staff. Upon clicking order, you will be presented with a tax invoice, it is advised you print this for future reference. This page will also contain an OrderID. Please keep note of your OrderID and use it regarding inquiries specific to this order if the need arises. |
